Deletion Policy for BestCab

Access, Correction, Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

  • User may request their data be deleted, corrected, sent or transferred to another organization and to view it.
  • BestCab has the right to use user's personal data for some legal matters or accounting purposes that concern them and their accounts, for all the period that is needed.
  • Regarding the deletion and transfer of personal data, BestCab responds with email in a month and lets users know when and how long the process lasts until their request is met
  • User has the right to an explanation regarding automotive decision made.
  • When user's account is still active, BestCab will store their personal data, and will be kept for 2 years after deletion for accounting purposes
  • Request for deletion or transfer of personal data may be sent to info@bestcab.co.za or visit our website on www.bestcab.co.za for more info.


Blockage or Suspension of Account

  • We (BestCab) have the right to withhold users' personal data for a period of twelve months for administrative purposes
  • After account suspension or blockage has been lifted (maximum of 12 months), the user has the right to request their personal data be deleted or reinstated.
